Role Description: The PIM Architect/Lead must have 5-10+ years of experience. In this role, you will design and lead our Product Information Management (PIM) strategy using Informatica MDM SaaS Product 360 (P360). You will architect the PIM ecosystem, manage a team of PIM engineers, and drive hands-on implementations and data governance for our retail business.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and evolve PIM architecture using P360; define data models and governance frameworks

- Configure and customize P360 data models, workflows, and domain configurations for retail product catalogs

- Develop and optimize data quality frameworks, validation rules, and master data synchronization processes

- Lead PIM migrations from legacy/competing platforms; collaborate with teams to translate business requirements into solutions

- Lead and mentor a team of PIM engineers and data analysts; establish best practices and technical standards

Required Qualifications:

Experience:

- 10+ years in Product Information Management (PIM) or Master Data Management (MDM)

- 5+ years hands-on with Informatica MDM SaaS Product 360 (P360)

- Proven experience with end-to-end PIM implementations and post-go-live support

- Experience designing integrations between PIM, ERP systems, and APIs

Technical Skills:

- Expert-level knowledge of Informatica P360 (configuration, data models, workflows, customization)

- System architecture and design; scalability and performance optimization

- Data governance, data quality, and metadata management

- Integration technologies: APIs, ETL concepts, real-time/batch processing

- SQL and relational databases; data modeling expertise

- PIM domain knowledge (product catalog, attributes, hierarchies, multi-channel distribution)

Soft Skills:

- Problem-solving in complex, multi-system environments

- Change management and stakeholder engagement

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with Stibo STEP or other competing PIM/MDM platforms

- SAP or other ERP systems (Oracle, Dynamics) knowledge

- Experience with cloud platforms GCP / Azure / AWS / Snowflake / Databricks 

- AI/ML strategy and implementation; GenAI and LLM integration patterns

- Informatica certifications
