Duration: 6+ Months Contract

Location: New York, NY (Remote)

Salary: $33.00-$38.00/Hourly

Role Description: The Scrum Master must have 3+ years of experience.

Responsibilities:

- Facilitate the adoption and effective implementation of Scrum principles, practices, and ceremonies within the technical project team

- Guide and coach, the development team and stakeholders on Agile and Scrum values, principles, and practices to ensure understanding and adherence.

- Organize and facilitate Scrum events, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

- Help the team define and manage the product backlog, ensuring it is refined, prioritized, and well-understood by all stakeholders.

- Work closely with the product owner to ensure the team's understanding of product vision, goals, and requirements.

- Remove any obstacles or impediments that may hinder the team's progress and ensure smooth workflow.

- Promote a collaborative and self-organizing team environment that fosters creativity, innovation, and continuous improvement.

- Track and communicate project progress, metrics, and team performance to stakeholders and management.

- Healthcare experience is required.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Information Technology or another related field or Equivalent
