Role: Dynamics 365 Sales Consultant

Role Description: The Dynamics 365 Sales Consultant must have 8+ years of experience. For this role, you must be an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales Consultant to join the team. 

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in the MS Dynamics Sales module, handling end-to-end sales pipeline management, CRM customization, and user training.

Responsibilities:

- Configure, customize, and implement Dynamics 365 Sales/CRM solutions as per client requirements.

- Manage and optimize sales processes: lead, opportunity, quote, order, invoice stages.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.

- Automate workflows and reporting within Dynamics Sales.

- Train users and prepare technical documentation.

- Integrate external systems/data sources with Dynamics 365 Sales.

- Provide support for CRM upgrades, enhancements, troubleshooting, and performance improvements.

Qualifications:

- 8–10 years’ hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales/CRM.

- Strong background in sales process automation and CRM configuration.

- Expertise in customizing forms, entities, business rules, views, dashboards, etc.

- Experience in MS Dynamics upgrades and data migration.

- Excellent client-facing, communication, and documentation skills.

- Certifications like MB-210, MB-220 preferred.

Nice to Have:

- Experience in Power Platform, PowerApps, Power BI.

- Prior experience in Retail/Consumer verticals a plus.
