Role Description: The Corporate Travel Specialist must have 4+ years of experience. For this role, you must be a Travel Specialist who will support the global travel program (both domestic and international) by supporting employees, implementations, enhancements, and overall process improvements. This position will not be booking travel, but it is essential to have travel and/or travel agency experience.

You must have corporate travel experience who understands online booking tools (OBT) and how travel systems work (like GDS – Sabre, Amadeus, etc.).

You will mainly answer employee emails and Slack messages about travel questions (around 30 emails a day), not actually book tickets. You must be someone who is strong in customer service, can communicate clearly, and guide employees on policies, tools, profiles, visas, credit cards, bookings, etc.

A candidate who can work 8 AM – 5 PM Pacific Time, handle global employee queries, and respond within 2 hours. Someone proactive who can help create standard/canned responses, improve processes, and educate employees on how to use travel tools.
